The City of Largo is excited to announce Largo Civic Access Portal (LCAP), a new permitting and licensing software. LCAP is designed for homeowners, businesses, contractors, engineers, and architects, offering applicants a seamless and user-friendly experience.

The City is committed to enhancing the user experience with an easy-to-use platform to request permits, business tax receipts, building, and engineering inspections.

With LCAP, applying for the following tasks will be faster and easier:
  • Business tax receipts (BTRs)
  • Special event permits
  • Development review approvals, including small-scale and full-scale applications
  • Site plan approvals
A help center will be available in the Building Division lobby at Largo City Hall after Go Live to support users in transitioning. Stay tuned for the official launch date and how to set up your account by visiting Largo.com/LCAP and viewing LargoToday, weekly eNews updates from the City Manager.
