Questions? We Have Answers!

What is my Workday password?
Workday uses the same Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) password you use for your City Outlook email and other applications. With SSO, you use just one set of login credentials to conveniently access all your connected apps. No more memorizing multiple credentials or reusing passwords.
How do I change my Workday password?
Workday uses Microsoft Single Sign-On for password management. If you are an employee or manager who needs to change your City of Largo Microsoft password, self-service is available at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

If you are unable to reset your password through self-service or need to access the Workday Sandbox or Workday Preview Sandbox, please email [email protected]
When is the next Workday update?
  • Major Workday feature releases occur twice a year, every year, in March and September.
  • All customers in the world upgrade to major feature releases on the same day to ensure Workday customers are always on the latest and greatest version of Workday. That includes the City of Largo.
  • Standard scheduled maintenance for bug fixes and patches occurs after hours every week on Friday evening through Saturday morning.
