Permits

On this page, you can find information for residential and commercial permits. Contractors must apply for a permit online through our eTrakit portal. Homeowners that qualify for the owner builder affidavit must apply in paper. Please note, the Largo City Commission has approved a new temporary reduced fees schedule for certain construction permits. Review the new, reduced fee schedule.
