Registered users can now apply, pay,  and schedule inspections for permits online.  Applying for permits on eTRAKiT is limited to licensed contractors at this time.  General searches are also available for the public without creating a username.

If you are a licensed contractor and would like to apply for permits or schedule inspections online, please contact contractor@largo.com to register. Please include copies of your current Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board card, state license and local business tax receipt with your request.

Please note the estimated turn around time for processing of the permit application is 1-2 business days. Permits requiring review have an estimated turnaround time of 10-14 business days. A completed application does not guarantee that a permit will be issued. You may not start work until the permit is issued. Starting work prior to the issuance of a permit will result in penalties and fees.

Important Notice:
Contractors please verify the address you are applying for is located within the City of Largo's jurisdiction prior to submitting your permit application. There are many properties with a Largo mailing address that are not within Largo city limits. Addresses can be verified on the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's website at www.pcpao.org. The property will have a tax district code of "LA" if it is within the City of Largo city limits.
