The Largo City Commission celebrated Largo’s award-winning Public Works Solid Waste team members for their outstanding performance at the 2023 Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) Florida Sunshine Chapter State Equipment Road-E-O competition. The City of Largo would like to congratulate the following participants and winners: Jason Gray: 1st place Front-loader AND “Top Gun” Award for Highest Overall Score for Truck Drivers
Evangelos Chatziemmanouil: 1st place Mechanic AND “Top Gun” Award for Top Gun Mechanic
Chris Bennett: 2nd place Side-loader (First-time participant)
