The construction of the multi-use path connection to West Bay Drive continues with the primary focus on the additional project improvements. Design modifications to the work have been initiated to address unforeseen conditions encountered near West Bay Drive. With the progression of the work, additional temporary traffic control devices will be required.
The final asphalt paving has been completed and 20th Street NW is open to traffic. Over the next thirty days, the contractor will be addressing the remainder of the work such as permanent pavement markings, restoration, and punch-list items to complete the project.
Please note, Pinellas County is addressing an issue with its underground facilities unrelated to the City of Largo 20th Street NW project. This work is located at the intersection of 20th Street NW and Sierra Circle. Any questions concerning this work should be directed to Pinellas County.
