The City of Largo Deploys Workday Financial Management and Workday Human Capital Management

The City of Largo announced that it is driving business value from its deployment of Workday Financial Management and Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), which supports the city in delivering superior services to its community. Workday (NASDAQ:WDAY) is a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources.

Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM support a full range of financial and people-based processes that help provide real-time operational visibility along with the speed and agility to adapt to business growth and change. The City of Largo selected Workday as its new finance and HR system to:

  • Reduce manual and paper-driven processes and automate administrative tasks, allowing workers to have more time to spend on value-add projects
  • Drive efficiency across finance and HR departments and deliver reliable and timely information that will help improve customer service for vendors, employees, and the community

The City of Largo partnered with Collaborative Solutions, a Cognizant Company, on its deployment of Workday. Collaborative Solutions and Workday are helping the City of Largo increase efficiencies in finance and HR, consolidate disparate systems, and provide finance and HR data in real-time to key stakeholders working for the city.
