Largo Residents Invited to Share Priorities for Annual Budget Spending

Each year, community priorities help to determine how tax dollars are spent within the City of Largo's annual budget, which totals nearly $266 million of local investment. The City is planning for Fiscal Year 2025, which begins on October 1. The budget is guided by the City’s strategic focus areas of Sustainability, Public Health, and Community Pride.

This year, Largo residents can provide feedback on budget priorities in the following ways:
  • Online Prioritization Tool: Take 10 minutes to complete the online survey (available in English and Spanish) and prioritize specific initiatives within the City’s strategic focus areas: Sustainability, Public Health and Safety, and Community Pride. The survey must be completed before July 25.
  • Share In-Person Feedback: Connect with City team members at the Largo Public Library (120 Central Park Drive) to discuss budget priorities, learn about recently funded projects, and share feedback through a quick interactive activity.
    • Saturday, July 13, 10am-12pm (Drop-in anytime)
    • Thursday, July 17, 2-4pm (Drop-in anytime)
Visit to share feedback on future City spending and for more information, including past financial reports and upcoming Commission Meetings with public comment. Residents needing assistance participating in these activities can contact [email protected] or 727-586-7491 Ext. 7492 (se habla español).
