City of Largo Launches Survey to Update Redevelopment Plan for Clearwater-Largo Road

The City of Largo is invites residents, businesses, and stakeholders to contribute their input towards the update of the Clearwater-Largo Road Community Redevelopment District (CLR-CRD) Plan.

The CLR-CRD Plan aims to enhance access to housing, jobs, community services, recreational opportunities and transportation for all residents. It also seeks to improve public infrastructure, foster community pride, and enhance the area's visual appeal through improvement projects and updated design guidelines.

To gather input from the community, the City launched a comprehensive survey designed to collect feedback on current experiences and desired improvements.

"We value the input of our community members in shaping the future of the Clearwater-Largo Road Community Redevelopment District,” said Bryan Pederson, City of Largo Economic Development Manager. "This survey provides an opportunity for residents, businesses, and stakeholders to contribute their ideas and aspirations for the district's development."

Largo is committed to a collaborative approach to community development and looks forward to receiving valuable input from all stakeholders to create a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable future for the Clearwater-Largo Road Community Redevelopment District.
