Redevelopment Incentives

In 2014, the West Bay Drive District (WBD) Plan was amended to included economic development incentives in order to accelerate private development within the District. These incentives are intended to complement the revitalization of the District by focusing on some of the underlying challenges to investment and development in the West Bay Drive District. These incentives are geared specifically to the WBD and are not available in the Clearwater-Largo Road District.
