Owners of Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional properties annexing into the City of Largo receive similar benefits as residential property owners, including solid waste collection, lower sanitary sewer service fees, and access to additional City services, such as reclaimed water service (if available) and business assistance whether it be through development, expansion and/or marketing needs.
