For new construction, remodel and repairing/repalcing a commercial building, complete a Building Permit application. If you are performing demolition or installing a sign, additional documentation will be needed.Permit Checklist
Building Permit Application
Contractors must be registered to work in the City of Largo. To register please provide copies of:
- Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board Card
- State License
- Local business tax receipt from the jurisdiction your business is based in
- Contact Information (Phone number, Mailing Address, etc.)
Please send registration requests or updated information to [email protected]. All contractor registrations will expire September 30 in correlation with the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board.

- Please note the Florida Building Code in effect for all permits applied for on or after December 31, 2017 will be the 6th Edition (2017) and the 2014 NEC.
