On February 1, the Community Development Department is hosting a Community Input Open House at Largo City Hall for the purpose of answering questions and receiving feedback regarding the current development regulations in the Tri-City Special Area Plan (LTC-SAP). The open house will be from 6 to 7:30pm.
Homeowners’ and property owner associations, neighborhood associations, and mobile home communities in and adjacent to the Tri-City Special Area are invited to attend this listening session and the meeting is open to anyone who would like to attend. The City is considering making changes to the Comprehensive Development Code (CDC) for the LTC-SAP. Feedback from residents is essential to the potential development of new standards.
