The results are in and the City of Largo has been named a 2022 National Top Workplace for the second year in a row! Top Workplaces is the nation's leading employer recognition program that's been recognizing outstanding companies since 2006. Top workplaces are identified by evaluating annual survey data generated by an Employee Engagement Survey distributed to all team members in November 2021. The survey measured team member engagement and overall workplace culture including an awareness of the organization's mission, vision, and values. This annual survey is important to the City of Largo's growth as an organization because team member input is essential to attaining our vision to build the community of choice in Tampa Bay. The City of Largo also earned three different Culture Badges, highlighting our strengths in the areas including innovation, supportive managers, and clued-in employees. On February 2, 2022, the City of Largo has formally named a Top Workplace in a virtual ceremony. Congratulations Team Largo on all you do to make us a National Top Workplace!
