The City of Largo has earned the 2021 Top Workplaces USA award! On Thursday, January 27, the list of winners was announced in a special virtual event hosted by Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces. This is the inaugural year for Top Workplaces USA, built on the program’s 14-year history surveying more than 20 million employees across 54 markets for the regional Top Workplaces awards.
The award is based solely on Team Largo feedback, many offered through an employee survey. The City of Largo ranked in the top 25 percent nationally for trusted leaders, employee appreciation, clued-in employees, and meaningful work. Survey results also placed Largo in the top 25 percent for innovation and open-mindedness and ranked in the top 5 percent for supportive managers.
