All of the current concepts were developed with input from resident advisory boards, as well as members from the Largo Historical Society, Suncoast Performing Arts Foundation and the Mid Pinellas Chamber of Commerce.
The Downtown Plaza Enhancement Project was approved in the Fall of 2016 by the Largo City Commission with construction being funded in 2019.
