Green Space Improvement: Corner of 8th Ave NW and 4th St NW

The City of Largo is planning updates to the open green space at the corner of 8th Ave NW and 4th St NW. The project team hosted a community meeting and survey in the Spring of 2024 to hear what local community members would like to see in the open green space.

The red triangle is the project area for green space updates. The green pinpoint reflects the planned stormwater pond location.

The City will also be installing a stormwater pond for water quality improvements on part of the property in fall 2024/winter 2025. The other improvements to the green space will be done after the stormwater project is complete.
