Moving Largo Transportation Forum
As a part of the Moving Largo Campaign, the City of Largo's Community Development Department will host a Transportation Forum on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 in the Community Room located in Largo City Hall. The event will be from 8:30 am to 10:00 am with registration and networking starting at 8:00 am.
The Forum will feature Largo City Commissioners and other local representatives who are members of the various committees and boards involved with the Pinellas County Transportation Alternatives Analysis (AA) that is currently underway. The AA is an evaluation of local transit corridors that will determine the type and location of transit options suitable for Pinellas County and eligible for federal funding (See City of Largo Story of the Week June 11, 2010). These individuals will be sharing their experiences and information about their committee or board. This meeting is open to the public and those persons interested in the transit implications for the City of Largo.
To register for the Forum, please email Teresa Brydon, Economic Development Manager, at Tbrydon@largo.com.
