Looking for a summer camp tailored to your preschooler's learning and developmental needs? The City of Largo is offering two summer camps geared towards children 3-5 years old at the Highland and Southwest Complexes. Both camps are planned around a school readiness curriculum that works on developing children's social and creative skills. "My First Camp" at Southwest Recreation (13120 Vonn Rd, Largo 33774) will feature weekly themes including Dr. Seuss, Let's Paint, and Under the Sea.
"Wee Ones" at Highland Recreation (401 Highland Ave, Largo 33770) will feature themes including Fabulous Fairy Tales, Down on the Farm, Owey Gooey Scientists, and more. Both camps begin June 14th and will be held Monday-Friday from 9am-12pm. Cost per week is $70 with a resident rec card, $87.50 with a non-resident rec card.
