Fitness AssessmentThe information gained from a fitness assessment will give you a starting point to move toward your fitness goals so you can fulfill optimal health and well-being. The fitness assessment includes resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, and body composition testing performed using the skin fold caliper method by a certified personal trainer.

Shape up for the Shamrock

Train for your first 5k (3.1 mile) running race - The Shamrock 'N Run held Friday, March 16th. Meet each week for training information and a workout for you to reach your goal. Registration fee includes the cost of the race. Half price for ages 12-17.

PickleballAdults, seniors
You will feel like a winner and a champion playing this exciting paddle
game called Pickle-ball. Pickle-ball is a combination of Ping-Pong, tennis, and badminton and has
been enjoyed for over 20 years by people of all ages. This mini-tennis game is
played by 2 or 4 people on a badminton-sized court using wood paddle
racquets and a plastic, poly baseball with holes.
