Curbside Recycling


Newspaper (Dry newspaper and inserts. Please keep separate from mixed paper. It's OK to put inside a paper bag.)

Mixed Paper (Any clean, dry paper item that tears including: junk mail, envelopes, magazines, catalogs, office paper, shredded paper, cereal-type food boxes, folders, wrapping paper, paper towel rolls, phone books, shoe boxes and paper back books. No soiled or wax coated paper and no pizza boxes, please. Please keep separate from newspaper. It's OK to put inside a paper bag.)

Mixed Paper

Aluminum Beverage Cans

Aluminum Beverage Cans

Plastic Bottles Any plastic bottle with a neck. I.E. Bottles for water, soda, detergent, cleaning products, shampoo, vitamins, dressing, sauce, Caps are okay!

Flattened Corrugated Cardboard

(Please flatten into 2' x 2' pieces and place under your recycling bin. No pizza boxes please.)

* Plastic grocery bags may be dropped off at most grocery stores for recycling.
* Bottles and cans do not have to be rinsed to be recycled. Residents may choose to do so for sanitary reasons.

Please Note: Effective Monday, October 1, 2007, mixed paper curbside recycling collection will begin and glass collection will be discontinued. Glass recycling collection will continue at both 24-hour City drop-off recycling centers.
