Released: 2009 Annual Fatality Review Team Report.

The report
includes reviews of 87 cases during the last ten years. The
last page is created as a two page tear off that lists lethality
indicators from our Pinellas cases on one side and national
indicators on the back side.
The tear off
sheet could be a helpful assessment tool for yourself, a friend or
family member or neighbor involved in a domestic
violence relationship.
If
you have any questions about the report, please call Freda Widera at (727)
586-7481.
