Background checks may be obtained by contacting the Police Department in-person and presenting proper identification. A local background check includes only files found within the Largo Police Department. Cost for a written report is $5, payable to City of Largo.

County background checks are available through Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. A State of Florida background check is available through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
