Detectives of the Largo Police Department are seeking assistance from the community in identifying the suspect of an armed robbery.

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 a lone suspect entered the V&M Discount Beverage Store at 200 Belcher Road North, in Largo. The suspect aimed a black, sub-compact, semi-automatic handgun at the clerk and robbed the store.

The suspect is described as a black male approximately 25-30 years in age. He appeared to be about 6 feet tall with an approximate weight of 200 pounds. The suspect was wearing dark pants, a black hooded sweatshirt and had a nylon stretched over the top part of his face.
