This is a low-impact workout that uses small balls, resistance bands, and light dumbbells to help strengthen arms, legs, and the core muscles of the body. All from the comfort of a chair. Join anytime.

This core class of the SilverSneakers Group Exercise Program offers a variety of support positions with a chair to increase strength and range of movement. Functional improvement is the focus of this creative multi-level conditioning class and includes a variety of basic choreography with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and the SilverSneaker's balls.
