Encourage motor skills, coordination, balance, and promote restful sleep in this adult-baby interactive yoga class at the Highland Recreation Complex (400 Highland Ave, Largo 33770). Yoga Baby combines Hatha Yoga and baby gym to help build a bond with your baby in a creative way. Parents will learn breathing techniques to help relax and release stress all while strengthening their bodies and increasing flexibility.

Yoga Baby is for parents and children ages 6 months to 4 years old. Classes begin January 23 and will be held every Monday from 10-10:45am. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and toys.
