City of Largo Comprehensive Development Code
The Largo Comprehensive Development Code (CDC) contains performance standards intended to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Largo by ensuring that neighbors and adjacent properties are protected from potential negative impacts in the development and use of land. The CDC serves as the blueprint that guides and controls land development within the City as required by its Charter, and in conformance with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (LGCPLDRA) of 1985, as amended.
Please contact the Community Development Department for questions or concerns regarding the Comprehensive Development Code at (727) 587-6749, Extension 7301.
