Aerobic Weight Training
AdultTotal body workout that burns calories, increases heart health, decreases body fat, and builds muscle. Aerobic Weight Training combines various aerobic exercises with weight training and abdominal work in an interval style of workout. Uses staps, glides, and floor aerobics along with dumbbells and weight bar and weight bars. Class will begin on June 13th.

Fitness Assessment
The information gained from a fitness assessment will give you a starting point to move toward your fitness goals so you can fulfill optimal health and well-being.
