Qualifications

To be a VIP you must:

Be courteous and professional
Be a good team player
Be physically able to perform duties
Have a clean driving record
Pass a criminal background check
Be 21 years of age or older

Patrol VIPs are required to complete a minimum number of service hours in order to continue participation in the program.

You have two ways you can apply to be a VIP for the Largo Police Department; complete and submit your application on-line, or print out a hard copy of the application and complete it.
