Pricing follows the following format:
-Resident/Non-Resident/Guest Fee (Non-Rec Card Holder)

Monthly program participants must have a Recreation ID Card to register.

Fitness Center

Southwest Fitness Center offers 10 treadmills, 2 Adaptive Motion Trainers, and 4 Recumbent Cycles, a Smith Machine and a full Nautilus Strength Circuit. Southwest is your place to workout.

Boot Camp at SW

(Youth to Senior)

Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body--heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calistenics such as pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises. You work, you sweat and best of all, you burn calories. Drop in option must be paid for prior to class. Class meets 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri). No class on May 27.
