The City of Largo's Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking a qualified developer or development team to purchase and develop a full city block located in downtown Largo. The city block, also known as the project site, is comprised of seven parcels and an alley that total approximately 1.176 acres. The project site is part of the West Bay Drive Community Redevelopment District and has a land use designation of Mixed Use Corridor (MUC). It has frontage on West Bay Drive and is located between two major north/south arterial roadways that have daily traffic counts in excess of 36,000 AADT.
