The summer swim season is just around the corner! Take the first step in protecting your child by signing them up for summer swim lessons at the Highland Family Aquatic Center or Southwest Pool. In recognition of National Water Safety Month, Largo Recreation will kick off swim lesson registration on Tuesday, May 25th for residents and Wednesday, May 26th for non-residents.

Highland Family Aquatic Center (400 Highland Ave, Largo 33770) is offering a variety of group swimming lessons for children 6 months to 12 years old, including parent/child classes. Private lessons begin June 15th. Southwest Pool (13120 Vonn Rd, Largo 33774) is also offering semi-private swim lessons for children 6 months to teens. Private lessons are available now. First session of group and semi-private lessons begins Wednesday, June 2nd.
