Aquatics Party Rentals and Reservations

	Highland Family Aquatic Center Office will re-open April 17, 2012 at 9am, Tues and Weds for the 2012 season. Private Rentals available starting May 25, 2012. Session Rentals available starting May 26, 2012.
	Private Rentals Rent the entire Highland Family Aquatic Center before or after our normal operating hours for your birthday party, family reunion, company get-together, etc.  Food is allowed in the aquatic center ONLY if a Private or Session Rental Contract has been completed. Availability (By Reservation Only) Thursday 7:15-9:15pm (June 11 through Sept 3) Friday 6:30 - 8:30 pm Saturday 4:00 - 6:00 pm and/or 6:30 - 8:30 pm Sunday 11:00 am - 1:00 pm or 6:30 - 8:30 pm Private Rental Fees (Two Hour Minimum, Four Hour Maximum) $190/hour, for 50 people plus tax, total is $406.60 $230/hour, for 51-100 people plus tax, total is $492.20 $260/hour, for 101-200 people plus tax, total is $556.40 To book a Private Rental, a deposit of half the party amount is due.  The second half is due two weeks prior to your party.  If the second half is not paid by the two week deadline, a $25 late service charge will be applied.  If you are booking a party two weeks or less in advance, the entire rental fee is due when the contract is signed.  There is a $100 non-refundable fee for all cancellations with-in 30 days of the rental.
	Session Rentals Rent a shelter on the deck at the Highland Family Aquatic Center during one of our open swim sessions.  (Unavailable during Family Discount Swim Times.)  The blue and white striped shelter includes two round tables, a banquet table, and 12 chairs.  There must be a minimum of 10 people to book the Session Rental and a maximum of 35 are allowed (this includes spectators and non-swimmers.)  Food is allowed in the aquatic center ONLY when a Private or Session Rental Contract has been completed. Availability (By Reservation Only) Saturday 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and 1:30 - 3:30 pm Sunday 1:30 - 3:30 pm Session Rental Fees $40 Shelter Fee Daily Admission Price applies to all participants of the party ($4 per person if renter has a Largo Recreation Card, $7 per person if renter does not have a Largo Recreation Card) To book a Session Rental, a deposit of the $40 shelter Rental as well as the minimum of 10 Daily Admissions is due.  Attendance is taken on the day of your party.  All participants over the 10+ paid for in the deposit will be charged according to the Session Rental Contract, and the remaining charge is due by the end of the Session Rental.
