Changes to the City's Sign Regulations

This week, an ordinance was passed by the City Commission that amends how the City regulates damaged, nonconforming signs. The new regulations, which will be included within the Comprehensive Development Code, or CDC, under Subsection 6507, will allow the repair, reconstruction or restoration of a damaged, nonconforming sign up to twenty-five (25) percent of the replacement value of a new, conforming sign.
