City Clerk's Office

This division is responsible for maintaining permanent City documents, such as Ordinances, Resolutions and City Commission Meeting Minutes, and provides records management and retrieval services for other City departments. The City Clerk's Office also processes public records requests from the general public. This division is responsible for preparing City Commission agendas, minutes and meeting materials and the City Clerk or designee seals all official documents with the City Seal. The City Clerk's Office is responsible for selling cemetery lots and maintaining cemetery records. The City Clerk administers the City Municipal General Election each year.
