Wednesday – Live Outside

Tour of McGough Nature Center & The Narrows – 9-10:30am. Free if meeting there/$3 if transportation needed. Visit this gem of a park with us and learn all about native Forida flora and fauna. Pre-register by 9/20 required.

Plein Air Painting in the Park – 9:30-11:30am. FREE.  Enjoy a beautiful morning in our on-site park painting your masterpiece. Bring your own supplies and let our instructor give you pointers.

Kayaking at Highland Park – 1pm.  $3/$3.75/$6.75. Let Doug Betts teach you how to correctly kayak in the safety of Highland Park pond.  No experience or swimming ability necessary.  Pre-register by 9/20 required.

Thursday – Live Healthy

Fall Health & Volunteer Fair - 9am-12pm. Free. This semi-annual health fair features standard health screenings plus information from local health care providers. Area agencies looking for volunteers will also be on hand with information on how to get involved. New this year - Cooking Demonstrations hourly on the 1/2 hours with Chef Josh from Regal Palms.

Friday – Live Fun!

Sing-A-Long Soiree - 2-4pm. $3/$5. Let's turn Studio A into a swinging cabaret. Our special guest performer will provide plenty of crowd pleasing entertainment to get you laughing and enjoying life.  Light snacks included.

Trips & Excursions

The Largo Community Center offers day and overnight trips throughout the year. Join us on an air conditioned bus as we travel to local hot spots. Whether baseball, shows or sightseeing, we have something for everyone. Trips are added frequently, call (727)518-3131 for a complete list.
