Complimentary Pre-Application Review......Make your project a success!

The City of Largo is now offering complimentary pre-application review meetings to discuss prospective projects in the City of Largo the first Wednesday of every month. The pre-application review meeting consists of a pre-submittal plans review and an opportunity to answer any questions from applicants. Staff members representing various city departments involved in the development review process will be present at each meeting.

When you schedule an appointment you will:

Have the opportunity to meet with a representative from each department involved in the development review process
Be provided with feedback on plans or questions
Be able to determine the feasibility of a project before paying any plan review fees
