Code Enforcement Board

The Code Enforcement Board is responsible for resolving City code violations that the City code enforcement staff are unable to resolve through regular channels. The Board has the authority to levy fines and/or recommend that a case be referred to the County court system for resolution if the Board and property owner are unable to come to a reasonable resolution.
Membership:	Seven, appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Commission
Appointment:	Three years
Meetings:	Last Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m.
