The Code Enforcement Board (CEB) is responsible for resolving City code violations which the City code enforcement staff are unable to resolve through regular channels. The Board has the authority to levy fines and/or recommend that a case be referred to the County court system for resolution if the Board and property owner are unable to come to a reasonable resolution. | |
Membership | Seven, appointed by the Mayor and with the advice and consent of the City Commission |
Appointment: | Three years |
Meetings: | Last Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m. |
