The City of Largo has announced the new filing date and schedule for developers seeking the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) for single-family or multi-family projects in Largo. The program provides for-profit and nonprofit organizations with a dollar-for-dollar reduction in federal tax liability in exchange for the acquisition of an substantial rehabilitation, substantial rehabilitation, or new construction of low and very low income rental housing units.
